The Lodge is great for group events, including weddings!The Wilderness Lodge is a casual, homey place that's perfect for workshops, reunions, weddings, birthday parties, New Years Eve bashes, hiking groups, retreats, as well as groups of friends who want to escape their busy lives for a few days. No cell phones, no TV, no distractions but the stars in the sky.

Your kids will have fun on the rope swing and you'll love relaxing in the natural hot springs. There are miles and miles of hiking trails, hot springs, cliff dwellings and the Gila River which has some great swimming holes. For the less adventurous, we have a big, shady front porch where you can relax and read a book.

Group Accommodations

We can comfortably sleep 16 people in beds. The downstairs 2-bedroom suite has a private bath, and the upstairs bedrooms share two baths. We also have a large upstairs living room that can be made into a dorm style sleeping room that can accommodate extra people.


Group Rates  
  • Rent the whole lodge for $950 for one night, $850 per night for 2 or more nights (not applicable to holiday weekends). These rates are for up to 16 people. Additional guests are $15 per person per night.

Additional guests are $15 each. Dogs are an additional $15 per dog per night.

Group Deposit/Cancellation policy

We appreciate early notification if your travel plans change.

A deposit of $100 per day is required when reservations are made.

There is a non-refundable charge of $25 for cancellation at any time. For cancellations made with more than 30 days notice, we will refund 50% of the remaining deposit. For cancellations made with less than 30 days notice, we will keep the entire deposit.
